HRI developed 40 units of new construction affordable housing on a site previously occupied by a vacant industrial lab building. This development is one of the first parcels to be built under the rezoning plan of this district, created with community involvement and City support. The development is aiming to achieve LEED for Homes Platinum certification for both buildings and will be a model of energy efficiency.
